Sushi was dreadful…manager rude and ignorant when it was brought to his attention. Seriously poor experience… I will not be returning!

i have goto for dinner on 2 Mar. and there have a Japanese staff was cough to us and not wear mask. my partner have confirmed COVID19 after a day of dinner.

Sushi was mediocre while tempura was OK. Despite enough space I was seated in an uncomfortable table and had to eat my meal facing the wall at short distance View menu

My first time trying sushi and it did not disappoint. Loads to choose from and reasonably priced. The sushi was a good size and tasted delicious, would definitely go back.

A wide variety of delicious dishes every single one we ordered was beautiful: not a weak link in the chain. This restaurant is good for sharing among parties; I’d recommend 2/3 dishes per person in the party. A fantastic experience and will definitely return.

We were looking for a restaurant not too far from our hotel, and we walked by this restaurant, and what great food they served. Beautiful dishes, every plate is made in front of your eyes (if you are at the counter). I have never been to Japan but I had the feeling that it was a real japanese Chef, not some bad supermarket sushi, luckily we were far from that. I'd love to go back there. View menu

One of the worst services I have received in a while. Arrived at 20.30 and left at 22.50 without having any of our mains. The edamame arrived 2 hrs into the booking. We were constantly been told that the food is being prepared whilst the delivery orders were taking priority. When we left the generous waiters offered for us not to pay the edamame for the inconvenience to add to the experience…

We had a really good evening here while visiting the area. The sushi was the best I've had for a long time and pretty reasonably priced. The service was good; staff were friendly and attentive (although definitely not in a hurry). The atmosphere was really relaxed and although it was fairly full it wasn't too loud. It was a bit cold at our table due to a side door being open, but I assume this was for Covid safety at the time of our visit.

We visited on Friday night after managing to secure a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! We have been to Japan and we found the restaurant to be extremely authentic in terms of its food and presentation. It was so busy and had a great buzz about it! We ordered a selection of dishes but the stand-out for me was the aubergine with sweet miso (absolutely delicious) and my husband really loved the chicken yakitori. Service a little slow to start (took a while to take our food order and get our wine) but it was busy and we couldn't complain.
