"OVERPRICED experience with small portions. To start, we had to wait around half an hour after being seated for our food order to be taken, as the “manager” lady, who was running late, is the only one authorized to take orders, which we found quite odd. The food was tasty but nothing remarkable and definitely not worth the price. We’re willing to pay a premium for exceptional food, but £4.50 for just five leaves of lettuce is hard to justify. As someone else pointed out, you need to spend at least £60 per person (food only, drinks not included) to leave feeling satisfied. We spent £40 per person and ended up going to Reggae Spot afterward for more food, which we enjoyed much more and at a much lower price. It was a nice experience, but we won’t be returning."

Our daughter and her friend recommended this place and took us there, and I must say we loved it. It was a completely unique and enjoyable experience to have the meat cooked right at our table. We would definitely go back!

Dining here was a great experience, and grilling our own food added a lot of fun to the meal. We were a large group and sampled a variety of meats and appetizers, all of which were delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the drink prices were a bit high. View menu

The food was amazing, and they had a good variety of soju. This wasn't our first barbecue experience, but we asked for some recommendations and went with those. While the barbecue menu was somewhat limited, the quality was outstanding, and the suggested dishes beyond the barbecue options were excellent. Although we weren’t prompted for assistance, we were helped nonetheless (which may be due to being newcomers), and the staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We will definitely return!

The food here was delicious. It was one of the first Korean BBQ places where I didn't get to cook my own food. Waitresses did it for me instead, which was nice... Except for that fact that they stood over me and blocked my food, so I wasn't able to eat my food until she moved. So my food was cool by the time I could eat it. Addictionally I didn't appreciate that she was mixing the raw chicken with the cooked beef and pork and I had to ask her to move the raw chicken and to recook the pork. Would have been nice if the waitresses were more welcoming and smiled too. View menu

Excellent quality food. Lovely service. Fun night out. They stick hot coals in the middle of the table then BBQ the meat for you right there. Good prices. Will definitely go back as I really enjoyed it. They don't fill you up on bread like other restaurants do. I found that you do need to order a few dishes to have a full meal but that way you get to try a bunch of different things. It does get a bit hot in there generally but they have extractors above each coal pit to extract the smoke, so you don't come away smelling like a BBQ. Parking: Parking right opposite the restaurant

A real hidden gem. The beef was so well seasoned and delicious, the other meats we had were fantastic. Between 3 of us we had 5 different table BBQ dishes. We were recommended to get the salad, I was dubious as it is lettuce, however the pickled dish that comes with it was a pleasant surprise and a great compliment to the BBQ. We also ordered a lot of sides the vermicelli was a good choice and the dumplings. I would say you may need one BBQ dish per head if you are hungry, but if you order a few and share them about it is perfect. We were just super hungry, greedy and excited to be out of lockdown! The staff are polite and helpful and who knew Korean beer was so good. I can't wait to return.

"A recent discovery for me is this beautiful Indian restaurant, which I rank up there with the best in Manchester, situated in the heart of Didsbury Village. Curries are without doubt my favourite food, so I've had a good few and since working for Yelp I have set myself the task of really locating the finest curry houses in Manchester. The Original Third Eye fully deserves to enter in at the top, alongside my other favourites, Punjab in Rusholme, Moon in Withington, and The Original Lal Qila on Deansgate. See my list for the run down. The name Original Third Eye comes from one of the finest restaurants in Kathmandu, though it is also a reference to the concept of the all Seeing Eye, a central emblem of Buddhist thought that is depicted on many temples and shrines throughout Nepal. The restaurant itself is large, and spacious, with authentic decoration and a smart, but still nicely informal, table arrangement. The food is literally unbelievable. Needless to say they sell all the usual traditional curry dishes, including an extensive fish list, but the main specialties are something new and unusual, a curry with a little something extra, taking it to that next level of joy and producing happiness and glee in their very consumption. The kidney kebab starter for example, combines classic kebab spices with beautiful marinated lamb kidney. Also beautiful is the Third Eye Tangri, which mixes chicken with minced lamb and nuts, a surprising and beautiful combination. In terms of mains, go directly to either the seafood menu or the Third Eye Specials section, on which everything is gorgeous. The piece de resistance, is the Murghi Masala, a whole chicken marinated in wonderful spices. This dish is so precisely crafted, that you in fact need to give 24 hours notice, and at least two people need to share it. I think that epitomizes this restaurant's absolute class. So I end on that note."
