we used the premier inn for a stopover on a trip to the middle wales and used this beefeater. the service and quality of the evening meal were excellent. one of the best cooked steaks I ever had with a beefeater. the breakfast was not the same in service and quality. but that was still good.

The staff was courteous and professional. We were seated at our table and ordered drinks. We had ample time to review the menu before placing our meal orders. I chose the gammon with egg, pineapple, and chips, along with a side of garden peas. It was served on a hot plate and was very delicious.

AVOID, AWFUL meal and service!! Surf Turf, surf was more of a Mill Pond, 2 prawns, inedible invisible calamari !! Turf, RANCID gristle !! Not one person asked “How is your meal”, more interested in chatting together in a huddle!! Should be ashamed and manager needs re-training! Beefeater, sort you staff out!! Visit at your peril! I booked a table at the last minute using the app for a Sunday roast, and I found the process to be quick and easy. I highly recommend it! We enjoyed three courses, and the portion sizes were generous. All the meals were fresh and served hot. It was excellent value for money. The staff was fantastic and attentive, making our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place!
