Beetroot Grill - Menu

Ok for families and casual snacks. Man in charge has no people skills. 13th August, early evening. Would not recommend for anyone wanting a special time.

Really lovely restaurant , I come here often for breakfast or dinner food is always 10/10. big portions and good priced. Staff are always lovely and very attentive

Food was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and catered to our needs. Food was served quick and hot. Traditional haggis meals available. Very clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will definitely return again.

Visited with a good friend and was certainly looked after. Staff could not do enough to help you. Food was delicious and great value for money. Coffee went down well too. Looking forward to going back with my family to sample the selection of beers.

Great bar/restaurant, visited the Beetroot a few times over the last month as had relatives over from Australia. Food was excellent and always hot, we were a large party and everything came out together and hot. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is a bother. Reasonably priced as well. Food was lovely nice place to eat and catch up . Went at the back off 6 for meal and drinks and catch up with friends. Staff member came up to us and another couple that was in and said that last orders as were shutting early . We were taken aback as we’re up for a good catch up and had only been in a couple off hours .Was disappointing as we as a good couple off hours than was due to close .

I visited the beetroot and ordered the fish&chips when it came the fish was very well done.my friend ordered the veggie burger and wasn’t happy either.we sat for 30 mins didn’t even get asked how the food was or if we wanted another drink.I didn’t want to complain but I didn’t even want to pay for my food it was that bad that I had to get food later on to eat. Will definitely not be back i used to go there a lot but it’s definitely changed now. I hope this could be fix as it’s a shame. Thanks

Having successfully completed a major project I took my team out as a small thank you. There were 5 of us and we arrived around 1030h for breakfast. We were greeted by the very .lovely Amy, who promptly seated us. She was polite, friendly and attentive. She took our drinks orders, then our breakfasts. We all opetd for the full Scottish at under a tenner each. The meal was fabulous, well cooked, piping hot and presented on high quality flatware with good cutlery. The sausages had a delicious crisp outer, the bacon was well done but not hard, the mushrooms were served in a wee bowl with chilli oil.
