"I usually love Bill's, but my recent experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the heating was not working, and the restaurant was icy cold. While we were seated, we didn't mention it, even though the staff were aware of the issue. After we placed our order, we asked if the heating could be turned on, only to find out that it was broken. By then, it was too late for us to look for another place, as we had plans for the cinema afterward. So, we sat and ate while shivering in our coats. The only response we received was a sad offer of discounts or a confirmation of a meal paid for under very unpleasant circumstances. I regret not speaking up at the time, but my kids hate it when I make a fuss. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience at Bill's."

I was a bit disappointed during my recent visit for Christmas breakfast (my fourth time there). The food wasn't very hot, and I felt the presentation could have been better.

Food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. Staff were polite, smiley and professional. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Definitely recommend for group meals and it’s family friendly!

eating was good and service excellent, but the venue was very loud and our place was so cold at the window. there was a draft of all the time and even cover with to help block the designs it was still cold. an idea would be to have curtains or something about doors in winter. View menu

Was looking forward to going to Bill’s and it started well. Nice place and good atmosphere. Unfortunately, after getting the stater (which was good), but then had to wait 55mins to get our mains. That’s a long time for an adult, but totally unacceptable for the children who were with me. They even had the audacity to add a service charge, which I had to get removed. Will not be going back.

The food was lovely and the restaurant was quiet, but the service was lacking. One member of our party had to leave the table to find someone in order to place a second drink order. Additionally, the person who cleared the table placed something cute on the empty seat where my mother was sitting, which caused a stain on her coat. No cloth was offered to clean it up, so we had to leave again. While the food was wonderful, the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was also quite cold; I understand the costs of heating, but it made for an uncomfortable experience.
