"Always great food whichever branch you go! I've been going to their Brighton and then their Exeter branches for many years, and been to Soho, Richmond and Wimbledon just recently during the Eat Out To Help out promotions. They are very accommodating and flexible for those that have food allergies. They are also one of the places carrying on with Help Out To Help Out during September 2020 albeit only with dishes from a specific set menu which has shrunk down in size compared to what was offered during August. I found a starter that I really liked on the EOTHO set menu but wasn't listed on the main menu and wanted (was happy the forego the discount of ordering 2 or 3 courses from the set menu) to order a main dish from the main menu but they were unable to accommodate this request due to the fact that their computerised till system would say no, that is the only reason I give a 4/5 rating otherwise a great experience."

Really nice food and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly too. I had the chicken and sesame dumplings to start and the macaroni cheese for main. Both were very tasty

The staff are friendly and the food is nicely presented and tasty. The tables are quite close together though, so you can hear everyone at the table next to yours conversation- so maybe not for date night. But good value.

we came very late with due to traffic, but the wonderful staff ensured that we ate and drank in the time for the show that we had booked for later in the evening. really do not recommend this beautiful Mexican restaurant very enough.

I recently arranged a work lunch for a group of 40. I received excellent support before the event of adrienn and justyna; with justyna there on the day to ensure that the event went smoothly (which was particularly important since I was not able to visit me.) all nutritional requirements and allergies were well maintained and planned, positive feedback from all who visited, great service etc. many thanks that our team have a big afternoon together!

The meal was simply amazing for the price. The staff were very pleasant and eager to make sure one was comfortable at all times. Almost done with my foodl, I asked a question concerning what i ordered. One of the managers came over, took their time and explained to me how my meal was prepared and was willing to offer me free dessert if I didn't like the meal or was not satisfied. The offer for free dessert was turned down because my meal was great.

Very attentive staff, all welcoming and friendly. The menu offers a good choice and the food was excellent. It 's a very pleasant atmosphere inside the restaurant, with an aviary theme running throughout. The three of us were temperature checked on the way in (a new experience for us at a restaurant), although a little surprised that the tables were not separated by screens and slightly closer together than expected. All together, a lovely experience with superb food.

Pleasantly surprised with this chain. Usually i'm a chain-sceptic but this one is actually a great place! Ordered some pancakes, fruit juice and matcha latte for brunch. Was amazed with the value of money and good portion sized. Pancakes were good and had nice toppings. Matcha latte was a bit oxidised but decent. Came in a cute glass mug. Watermelon juice was also nice and refreshing. Highly recommend this place if you want a safe option for a casual brunch. lunch or dinner.
