"Absolute hidden gem, they have a normal menu of pasta and tarte flambee that you can see on the website but don't order anything from that except the goats cheese starter check the weekly menu on the blackboard and the specials page for some of the nicest food of your life. Food always seasonal and nice blend of German traditional with a bit of international creative flair. Always have a nice selection of raviolis on offer which are to die for and always with fresh seasonal fillings, for example Pumpkin in Autumn, Chestnuts in Winter. The menu, interior and service is simple but that just makes it even better and make the quality of the food stand out more. I always take guests to this restaurant and they always want to come back. Nice veggie selection. Always quite interesting meats for the meat eaters. Really reasonable pricing."

Eine coole Location, sieht ein bisschen aus wie ein altes Ladenlokal. Sehr gutes Essen und netter Service. Der Ziegenkäse mit Tomaten als Vorspeise ist super lecker!

What a cosy corner restaurant with families from around the market place (with giant playground! enjoying French-inspired cuisine at very reasonable prices! We had pasta in truffle mushroom cream followed by homemade crème brûlée! Chef originates from Marocco. A truely underestimated discovery! Will be crowded in a few weeks for sure!

now I was in the blue king and am at least delighted with eating. the service was a little slow. I would call the main audience as intellectual-alternative. I had the cannon of the daymap and must say: that was the best cannon I ever got in a restaurant. also the courts of my leader saw up. everything is freshly prepared here. as it should be. The restaurant was recommended by friends and we were very happy that they did. We had a very nice dinner, everything was prepared with fresh ingredients and it tasted wonderful. We started by sharing a starter of grilled goats cheese with a salad. Perfectly prepared. After that I had a very nice fresh ravioli filled with pumpkin and mascarpone while my girlfriend enjoyed a nice grilled fish with a very tasty risotto. The red house wine I can definitely recommend : . All in all a lovely and very tasty dinner for a very nice price. If you get a chance definitely visit! Do try to make a reservation as it gets quite busy.

Waren zu zweit mitten in der Woche dort und froh, kurz nach 18 Uhr einen Platz bekommen zu haben Reservieren wird empfohlen). Den Anti-Pasti Teller haben wir uns als Vorspeise geteilt; ein echter Hammer! Das gegrillte Gemüse zusammen mit dem Aioli-Dip und dem krossen Brot war köstlich. Gleiches gilt für die Tarte au Chevre Chaud und das geschmorte Lammfleisch. Das warme Schokoladentörtchen und die Creme Brülee rundeten eine phantastische Mahlzeit ab. Der Kellner: sehr freundlich und sehr schnell man könnte auch sagen sprintstark). Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; der morbide Charme der Einrichtung dürfte nicht jedermanns Geschmack sein. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert.

"In a 5-day stay in Cologne and as a lover of Indian cuisine, we had planned the Ginti. The visit took place on Monday to the beginning of noon. The reception was very friendly and cordial by the Lord of the House. The decor in Ginti is very modern, stylish, but also somewhat sterile and only very discreet supplements with Indian accessories. Young guests will probably find favors in the style of the institution. The place was still empty and so there was a chance to get a brief conversation with the mistress of the house. She brought us the menus, and there were Papadam with three from a culinary point of view pretty boring finished dives. We chose both a mango sauce as a drink that was thin and most likely prepared on the basis of a mango powder. Disgusting! I ordered as main dish Malai Kofta, vegetable balls in a mild curry sauce with ginger, garlic, almonds and coconut. This is not only one of my favorite Indian dishes, but it is also a dish that places higher requirements on a kitchen and therefore cannot be found in any Indian restaurant on the menu. In addition, quality and freshness can be well valued with this bowl. I ordered this dish with a higher sharpness, but not through the sauce, but ultimately through the vegetable balls themselves. The latter were produced excellently and their loose inner composition had the freshness of the preparation felt. This was undoubtedly a 5-star court. My accompaniment had opted for Tandoori King Prawn Masala, marinated royal cloves from Tandoor in a sauce with tomatoes, cashew nuts and raisins. This dish was also very tasty, rather mild and very generous in the number of shrimps. The rice was served unfavorably on an open bowl and had to measure any fragrance and aroma that could originate from cardamom capsules or spice cloves. After the main dishes were convinced, we were curious about the Indian ice cream, Kulfi. This came visually well over a carrot cut into slices, but could not be along tasteful. It was crystallized, little creamy and the aromas of the aforementioned mango powder were reappeared. Conclusion: a highly recommended Indian restaurant due to the excellent main dishes, but not yet matured in its culinary periphery. Therefore, provisionally three stars with an inclination to four."
