"we came with two small children and a friend. my small children have several food allergies, and often even when the cook comes to discuss what can be eaten, they have promotions. I must say this restaurant has exceeded our expectations. they had high chairs for. our children. the chef came to speak with us and recommended the hen (la biche. he said he would do the womb on the side (because my son could have it, but not my daughter.) at this moment asked my son for rice, who was nowhere on the menu. the chef said it wasn't a problem. he said that he could not guarantee that there were no traces of cross-contamination, but my children were good after the meal, and they react to even minute amounts of allergens. (We sometimes still eat the meal, and they break out in beats. my man and my friend have no food problems, and they ordered one of the tasting menus, and their eating looked delicious. They also said it was very delicious. the brain came with celeriac and shaved truffles, with the wine sauce to the side. my daughter loved it and ate the half of the brain. it was very good and absolutely delicious. my son had some of the womb with the rice, and he was very happy to eat it too. if they know toddlers, they are very difficult to please and do not have any torment about eating out they do not like, so I can say with full confidence that this restaurant creates absolutely delicious food. "Soirée étape sur Lons avant de s’offrir le Golf de Pau le lendemain nous découvrons cette adresse au hasard de notre localisation hôtelière. Pas de réservation et le site affiche complet ! Notre serveur nous propose un bout de table de 6 à condition de manger en 50 minutes. Pas le choix et nous voulons absolument rester là. Quel bonheur mais quel bonheur. C’est beau c’est bon c’est copieux c’est divin! Un merci en Italien (qui me revient comme par hasard). Un grand merci et bravo pour la qualité des ingrédients et la gentillesse du personnel. C’est succulent. Nous vous ferons bonne presse dans notre Bretagne natale. Grazie mille!"
