"We came here after my mother's funeral. The buffet provided was very good. It was fresh and plentiful. It was placed next to the open windows, so flies were a problem. Probably would have made more sense to have had it at the back of the room. Tea and coffee was not offered freely and we had to chase staff for it. The seating arrangements were disappointing as we were all sitting separately and it affected the atmosphere somewhat. The staff were obviously very busy but were friendly and obliging."

I was surprised by the winter menu, as it included a lot of cold dishes. The restaurant is dog-friendly in the outdoor area, but it's not easy to locate.
