"We were house hunting. The lawyer's office recommended this restaurant as a nice place for a light lunch. It's located on the main promenade which is just lovely with the shade trees and park area. We ate in the outside patio area. We got great service as soon as we took a seat. We both ordered a chicken salad with a cheesy topping (wish i could remember the name of the dish). We thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent some time here as we needed to make several calls to take care of business. it was very pleasant and relaxing as we drank coffee or agua con gas after we finished our meal. The waiter continued to watch us whenever we needed something. One thing that happens here is that people approach you with bags of some kind of cheap merchandise, like sunglasses or socks, and try to sell to you. We had a young man come by twice to try to sell different things. When the lady, who seemed to be the owner, saw him he got the evil eye and moved away. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful."

Me encantó este sitio, ibamos muy tarde, no encontrábamos donde comer y nos atendieron amablemente cómo si de hora punta se tratase. La comida de 10 y el servicio de 11. Muy recomendable.

The setting is lovely but the food was so disappointing. We were the only people in the restaurant I ordered the Angus burger and was served it within five minutes totally raw and cold, I requested it was cooked more but still the same and cold. What a shame.

Muy agradecidos les estamos toda la familia, porque fue el único sitio que nos quiso atender más de las 00:00h tras la entrada de fiestas de moros y cristianos de Oliva, en la que habiamos participado. Pese a que nos avisaron de que tardarían en servirnos, el servicio fue exquisito y rápido (y más aun si se ve cómo estaba de lleno), sirviendo primero a las pequeñas. Además, estuvo todo buenísimo. ¡GRACIAS!
