"Was hoping to find a nice cheese fondue place. The food was good not great, Ive had better and the melted cheese was cold on arrival had to send back. Unfortunately we couldn’t get red wine by the glass which was my preference on a cold night. Champagne doesn’t have the same effect. There were also strict rules on ordering before 8:30pm, so before finishing our main were being asked to order if we wanted anything else, and if we did to order it immediately as the kitchen would be closing. In general, we had a nice time but there was nothing the stood out about the experience, was all just ok and cost more than £60 for 2 drinks and a shared cheese dish. I would also prefer to have service not added to the bill unless asked, this is my viewpoint on all restaurants that automatically include it. It should be discretionary based on service, not an expectation added to the bill. Not planning a return visit."

Always a great place even if it is a little pricey. Best to book as only a few tables. The cheese and meat platters are amazing and they also have very good bread

I mean, it's located right off Drury Lane in the heart of the city, so it's to be expected that it's not going to be cheap. However, considering it is a rather charming little venue, the prices are just too high. View menu

For the main course, we had a champagne risotto with shrimp. The flavors were so rich and decadent, it was like a party in my mouth. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves cheese and champagne. It's a must-visit for all enthusiasts!

If you're a cheese lover, this place is an absolute gem! They have a fantastic selection of cheeses and were more than happy to offer us extra bread and drinks. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our meal. The only thing we missed was being offered tea, but we were perfectly satisfied with the champagne and tap water. Overall, I felt it was great value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!
