We were on weekends in Verdun. We found Chez Mamie a little by chance asking for recommendations in the shops. In fine, a very pleasant surprise! At the level of the menu, it is simple (7-8 admissions, 7-8 dishes) but as everything looks very good on the other tables, difficult to make a choice. Our 2 entries and our 2 dishes are simple but delicious. At the service level, it turns, no wait. The waitresses are nice, do not push to consumption and answer all our questions courteously. Excellent. The home smoked salmon was an absolute delight. My main was leg of lamb served with haricot and carrot, with a side of delicious roast (burnished) potatoes* my wife opened for the shoulder of suckling pig with the roast potatoes served in a casserole.
