"What a lovely restaurant! And for a change one that doesn't have a massive menu that churns out the same food. In fact, the choices you have are not what you would usually have in a run of the mill Indian restaurant. Pork Vindaloo, Chilli Squid, Paneer salad, Goa Fish Curry, Sea Bream. What you get is very well cooked and tastes divine. The service was excellent, and although early days in terms of opening, I have high hopes for Chowka, and will be back for another visit. An excellent addition to Hampton Hill. I wish it all the very best."

Best Lamb Biryani I have ever had. The Chicken Tikka Masala is very good. Lovely people. Great chef. Only opened 3 months, so still getting the menu finalised. Good choices at moment, will get better.

Lovely restaurant with limited menu which is a good idea as the food is cooked fresh. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Deserves to have more customers as the standard of cooking was very good and service excellent. Fully recommend.

Due to the lockdown my favourite Indian restaurant was closed so we thought we would try Chowka for the first time....it was awesome. The best coastal Indian restaurant outside India! Even my wife who is Czech and very picky about food loved it! Fabulous.. will 100% order again. I am an Indian from Teddington... so I know my Indian food baby!

An Indian Restaurant with a difference. The freshly prepared dishes were nicely presented and very flavoursome with a good balance of spices. The staff evidently wish to please their clients without being over intrusive and interuptting conversation or wanting to rush them on. The restaurant was quite quiet which made for easy conversation in a relaxed environment.

We recently returned to Chowka for the second time and once again, the food was fantastic. They have added new dishes to their menu, so we decided to try the lamb Rogan josh and Chicken Chettinad. Both dishes were prepared authentically and had the perfect blend of spices. The restaurant has a new look which enhances the overall dining experience. We highly recommend this place!
