"we were tired and hungry and followed a road sign for the cottage restaurant. we missed the restaurant entrance and landed in a residential property, but we persisted and discovered a little gem. we parked the car, then the slope went to the restaurant, past chickens (same breed in dressing cabins. the piste could be a problem for wheelchairs, but it is a way, so I think that temporary access could be granted to car owners. the restaurant was bigger than expected. it looked clean and comfortable, and we sat in the winter garden (no blinds, quite hot in the sun) and looked over more arduous with twakens, buds and kanaria. I had the lamb and my sister had a chickenburger. we both enjoyed our meals. the prices were reasonable, and the greeting was warm. worth a second visit."

The staff provided exceptional service and the food was very tasty. The locals were lovely and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. The restaurant also had a nice wood-burning stove to keep guests warm and toasty. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Stopped to look on Google for somewhere to have lunch and found we were only 5 minutes away, so gave here a try. The food was lovely (I had eggs royale and my partner had the steak onion baguette. Service couldn't be faulted polite, friendly and very helpful. I think our waiters name was Cameron. We also had a young lady bring our meals out who was also very polite and friendly. We asked if it were possible to have some desserts to go and this was also arranged for us. Definite 5 stars
