"On December 15th at around 6 PM, we tried to enter and were denied service for a pint of Diet Coke and food because we were not yet 18. Apparently, you have to be 18 years old to be on the premises, even though I have visited before at the same time without any issues. The guy at the bar was incredibly rude and sarcastically said goodbye to us. I do not recommend this place; try the Red Lion instead. Food rating: 1."

Stopped for a relaxing pint, great local beer and service. In the summer it's probably nice sitting outside. So much better inside than the pub on the other side of the river Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really accommodating. We booked last minute on the weekend if the Victorian fair and they fitted us in and our lovely dog. Food was great, good service too. The 2 lads behind the bar did great considering how busy it was, they were doing the drinks and taking food orders. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

It was really good, the food felt fulfilling, it was fuffilling, the atmosphere. The service was shockingly high quality It just felt good. The only complaint is that the portion sizes were outer difficult to judge, it was a lot bigger than I was expecting. If Cox's is reading this, maybe put calorie counts or pictures on the menu? "I had a lovely meal at Kingsway farm in Dundee last weekend. The carvery was delicious and generous, with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and valued. The manager also came to our table to ask about our experience and to thank us for choosing their restaurant. The only downside was that the decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, this did not affect the overall enjoyment of our meal. I would definitely recommend Kingsway farm to anyone looking for a good carvery in Dundee. At time of writing and on weekend prices in total I spent £8.69 for the small Carvery and £3.49 for a two litre drink. All in all a fake price. Kingsway Farm also halves a great selection of ice creams that can be seen from the bar area and also a great selection of cakes absolutely fantastic really enjoy the cakes even though I didn't have one on this occasion I have done in the past. They also have a play area for kids and families. Can be busy at times due to popularity. You can book, but I've always just turned up as a party of 2 a few times. Easier enough to get a table and any wait I've ever had is within about 10-15 mind maximum. People are coming and going all the time. You shouldn't have a problem. You can book online if necessary."
