I don’t know if I just had a new waitress, but she didn’t seem too sure about what items on the menu contained gluten. „I believe it’s gluten-free“ is not very reassuring. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr vielen Gerichten, die entweder von vorn herein glutenfrei sind oder glutenfrei zubereitet werden können. Man achtet auf Kontamination. Reservierung ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll.
