Decent food Dosa is best option People are not from india and that you can notice in the service- especially treatment towards Indian is not comforting. Some days no charge for refills some days manager instructions

Fantastic food and service . Would highly recommend and will visit again . We had dosas and and they were fresh as was the buffet . Service was excellent and I found the restaurant very charming and a true taste of Indian cuisine.

We enjoyed pani puri and masala dosas on a busy Tuesday evening. Food is always tasty here, service is good and the restaurant isn’t the most comfortable or modern but totally charming. Shared starter, a dosa each and a soft drink came in at £30 (including service). Bargain! View menu

Don’t think they like single diners, shoved to the back despite loads of space and early evening. Ordered mixed starters, very salty, chutney tasted like ketchup and misunderstood confusing menu so ordered same thing but no advice or interest from waiters. Bel phuri sludgy with no green. Sad, dingy old place need to leave the ‘70s join 21st century.

The waiter was super rude and when we asked for water helse e picked the jug from someone else's table and then served with a finger in the glass and the glass was really dirty too and then when we asked to changed water, he straight refused us and then when asking for manger he said we can't get one..... Plz don't visit the place ... One of the worst place I have been in UK

As good as ever and packed Been visiting for a good few times a year for many years when in London went with friends last night and its as good as ever food was great its a special place everyone I have taken over the years has loved it if you only like fancy type restaurants with silver serve then it might not be your bag but I think its great food very authentic like the fact you can take your own alcohol View menu

Went for lunch, place was empty, was waiting for a friend who was running late I said can i sit at table till he comes He replied If you sit at table we have to start serving you, as we get very busy You can sit on the side table here I said ok can i reserve a table Replied no you can’t we don’t reserve table Hello you just sat me on the side table which has got a Reserves sign on the table Just left and advised my friend to meet at Dishoom Place was dirty and toilets the same Would not recommend

This used to be our place to go near Euston (on our commute back home). The service and food has gone downhill and we will not be attending again. We ordered a Poori £2.65 it was less than 3 inches in diameter! When we complained they said this is the standard size! Now I'm of Indian origin, never seen a poori that size. We've had pooris here many times before, but they had no shame to admit they got this wrong! The food and service was generally terrible and we will never go there again and although at one time we used to recommend this place for vegetarian food, we now totally discourage anyone from going there!

I was in London with some friends and one of them recommended that we go to Diwana for lunch as he had been here before and said the food was very good so we all headed there. It's a short walk from Euston station negotiating the pathways between the HS2 construction site. The staff were very welcoming and there were a few groups of people in the restaurant. There were booths for sitting in and a little narrow for some of us. The food was good. They only serve vegetarian food so if you were expecting any meat based food you will be disappointed. The lunch menu was reasonably priced and most of us had water with our meal. View menu
