"I took my mum and mother in law for high tea and we were delighted the moment we stepped in, amazing decor and absolutely stunning dining hall! Never seen anything like that before! We booked via phone and we were asked for card details first I was bit reluctant but they explained due to everything made fresh for diners we want to make sure nothing goes to waste as they do not take walk-ins, they also assured card won't be charged until dining and there is no cancellation fee if cancelled in advance, which made sense! We like afternoon tea/high tea but I can assure I have never had such an amazing tea before! Everything was so fresh, from scones to sandwiches and pastries! They also gave us surprises with hot and cold canapés which were freshly baked! Which made sense for calling it high tea! As there was so much to eat, freshly baked hot bread with butter was scrumptious! We will be back it was the best high tea we ever had!"

had a great evening with partner, could not believe that we were in dundee! excellent atmosphere and very tastefully decorated and yet peaceful. the set menu is excellent where there is 6 courses, but we were given 9! after each cure they served some delicious canapes mix of hot and cold, which was a great note. we felt like a king! will be back.

The decor is definitely impressive, if a bit inconsistent in style, but the food is absolutely delicious. The shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the steak was tender. The noodles served on the side were a bit smaller compared to the generous portions of the main dishes. While it is on the pricier side, the quality of the food makes it worth it.

What an amazing experience we had! could not believe we were in Dundee. Our children gave us a gift voucher for wedding anniversary and so glad they picked the right place for us to celebrate. Dinner was absolutely fantastic and brilliant atmosphere, food is so beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. it was the Friday night before Christmas 2019 and we were the only diners! we thought that was strange and amazed that it took the staff 10 minutes before we gave menus and were asked for a beverage order. the broken shrimp starter was cooked in cold fat and with fat oozing. the orange huh had absolutely no taste of orange. the Mongolian bark was hard and the sauce when cold became fat. the whole food reminded of being reheated. it was my first time in tang's dynasty and we would never return. we could not recommend this restaurant, the eating was extremely poor.

Dynasty is a hidden gem in Dundee that truly deserves more recognition. I recently booked the entire restaurant for a birthday party, and they provided a fantastic experience with a three-course menu and drinks for 30 guests. The food was outstanding, and the staff executed everything flawlessly, even assisting with photography services. The beautiful garden provided a stunning setting for welcome drinks, and the interior is equally impressive. This restaurant is a must-visit to fully appreciate the hard work they've put into it. I rate the food and service a perfect 10/10.
