Staff is lovely, polite, helpful and smiling. I love them food, always very fresh and very fast with the orders!!

Very good and very scrumptious but crowded and takes a very very ling time for the food to arrive. The staff are very kind.

In eat Tokyo, the service is OK, and the sushi and the miso soup are freshly made, not stored in a fridge, and getting cold. This is a small chain business, but it seems like they need to improve on taking orders and the atmosphere in there.

The service was disaster this evening, so I asked the floor manager to remove service charge from the bill. Instead of any understanding or apologies she tried me to feel bad and guilty that I don’t want to pay service charge. They actually ruined my evening.

Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. There was a 40min gap between the 1st one of the 5 of us getting their food and the last of us getting it, and only because of several reminders. Each person got their food alone and had to eat while every one else waited. Horrible dining experience. Go to Eat Tokyo for good food, but not to the one in Notting Hill, they clearly can't handle it.

Disgusting food and even more disgusting service. I had a few pieces of sushi and it was really off. Then I looked at my tuna and it's colour was not right either. You can tell it was standing there all.day exposed and wasn't good to serve. I could also tell the dish altogether wasn't fresh as rice was dry and vegetables in the rolls were rotten. When I said to the manager and showed her the bad tuna, she said my taste is wrong and frowned at me. That was shocking!!! So so rude. Eventually they took it off my bill as I said I'm not paying for this. But the experience has already left a bitter taste.

I attended this restaurant today with a friend..and after a five minute wait we were told we had to eat and be out within the hour..which put me off straight away..We sat down..Service was quick as obviously they wanted us out quickly..Waitress brought over our soup to which I asked for a spoon..and a fork as I’m not good with chop sticks..Her reply was u don’t need a spoon u drink the soup directly from the cup..**** cheek I thought..it’s up to me how I eat my soup and with what utensil I want to use!! Hi I’m in shock and still trembling from my awful experience I just had there. It was my local up til now. I ordered a takeaway on a very busy night only to get it home and no prawn tempura to be found as per described on menu and half portion of veggie tempura, dried rice and dried salad. It was not of the same quality as previous meals. It was obviously a quick job put together after a 45 mins wait, the edamame totally dried out.
