Eatzen - Menu

The staff were great. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Me and my partner love our Chinese food and this was one of the best restaurants we’ve been to for a very long time. Will definitely return!

It was a diabolical visit went for a new year meal the service was terrible ordered coca cola it was flat out of a bottle waited a hour for first course when it arrived it was cold no apologies walked out in disgust will not...be going back

Due to coronavirus unable to go for wedding anniversary sit down so ordered take away for myself and my lovelywife.Ordered quarter crispy duck ,chili squid,salt and chili ribs as well as Cantonese ribs.For rice opted for special fried rice.All food was delicious piping hot and...ready when I picked up . We travel miles to get a takeaway from eatzen as it was recommended by a family member, it didn’t disappoint. However me and the misses decided to try there all you can eat last night. It was up there with the tastiest food we have...had in a long time. Spicy dishes, lots of garlic everything fresh. Can’t wait to go again. Compliments to the chef!!!

A very pleasant mid week meal was had. The food is very good quality and reasonably priced with an adult set menu at (eat as much as you can). The beer was good too. We did not meet the older woman with attitude, but...there is an abrupt style here. If you get over this, you will have a nice meal in a clean restaurant setting. Superb food couldnt fault it one bit.However the older chinese lady who seemsed to be in charge needs to get a refund on the charm school she went to.she was so rude no please and thank you,plates were just shoved in front of you ,it...was as if she was doing you a favour by having you there..The young girl behind the bar was lovely and polite and also the young lad bringing the food was really quik and efficient although i think he needs to invest in a belt because the sight of his spiderman boxers wasnt really what diners want to see..

Whilst it was NYE. The service was lacking. Coke was flat. Couldn't make any changes to the meal choice. I wanted beef and cashew nut instead of chicken but NO that couldn't be done. No apology for long delays in serving food due to numerous...takeaways which seemed to take presidence over diners sat in restaurant. Absolutely NO customer service. Very disappointed, we had a choice of eating places but we choose Eatzen which was a huge mistake. Maybe if staff told guests there would be a delay it would of made things a bit more palatable. I won't be returning or recommending again.

First time here and couldn't believe the wonderful food we had. It was a set menu and I'm not sure if there was another option. What I mean by set menu, is that is was an eat as much as you can' for one set...price. Mid week it's and worth every penny.. You can have as many starters as you want, all they ask is that you don't waste food. There is a vast selection of dishes to choose from including vegetarian options (not sure about vegan) and everything was cooked freshly to order. The tables are a bit functional' and did nothing to enhance the experience, but if it's good Chinese food at a reasonable price, don't miss this place. I will most definitely be returning.
