"One of the best restaurants to eat at in Spain. Price-wise, it's on the higher end but the price to quality ratio is excellent so you'll definitely get what you paid for. The restaurant is set in a 150 year old house (or more accurately a complex of houses at the time) and is decorated with a myriad of photographs, knick-knacks, and Spanish furniture. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The service is excellent: attentive and detailed. The desserts are sumptuous. All of them. This visit we had the rice and it was perfect. A long time ago I gave English classes here at the restaurant and for many years, and I've been inside the kitchen and it was full of professionals, absolutely spotless and organized (I was very impressed)."

I think that visiting this restaurant has just changed my trips to Madrid and vice versa. Given what there is on the road, it is worth going to Albacete if you want to eat well and enjoy yourself. Very friendly service and good traditional cuisine. Very good products, good ham, and good people among the diners. Totally recommended, and not only for trips: to come expressly too. Update: essential site. Marveled at the tail stew croquettes, the suckling pig lining (the part of the fried mask), and what to say about the pochas with partridge. Despite the years, it improves like wine.
