"Although it is very difficult to find real Mexican ingredients in Munich, El Patio manages to cook real Mexican food! Start by ordering a soup like a Pozole or Sopa Azteca or even a Caldo de Pollo. Afterwards we recommend you to order some Fajitas...of Camarón or Fajitas of Beef. But wait! If you want to have a real Mexican experience order them with Tortillas de Maíz! This will make the big difference! To finish definitely order Crepas de Cajeta! They are amazing!"

The tapas were all delicious! Especially the dates in the bacon coat I can highly recommend : It is not very cheap but it is worth it.

Mexican restaurant serving Spanish tapas. The food tasty, maybe even a little more expensive than in comparable restaurants. Operation so la la. You can still recommend.

A group of Mexicans friends recommended the place and it was totally worth it. The food was great. We had the tortillas mixtas and the enchiladas de carne both were great. The only downside for me is, the soft drinks (cola) come only in the...smallest bottle.

Of all the Mexican restaurants y went to abroad this was the one with the best and most typical food. The enchiladas tasted like in Mexico, the arrachera was very good and also the margarita. The service was ok and the amount of the bill...was to be expected for a place in Munich.

Location is ok amongst at least another 2 Mexican restaurants. Jalapeno poppers as an appetizer were overcooked and too small compared to other restaurants we've been to before. Main course (Enchiladas Verde) were cooked ok, but seasoning was missing which the spicy sauces from the...bottle could not replace. View menu

A small, rather family treat. Reservation should definitely be made, there are not too many places. The food is so amazing and worth every euro. The prices are normal for tappas in Germany but totally just. In the ladies' room there is even a winding unit for the smallest. We enjoyed it and definitely come back.

Yummy food before our ladies night out. The drinks were good and the enchiladas were awesome. Not as great as Mexico but it is Germany after all. The only thing I didn't like was that at 10pm they made our table of 10 move inside.. for the neighbors However, the restaurant next door was packed with people outside still and even after we left an hour later.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
