They put cauliflower cream, very good (and I'm not a cauliflower fan). The incoming carabiner chrome was a pleasure. the line of the wellington bull is very original and is delicious. the tournedó with foie and wine sauce madeira was 10, amazing the flavor of the meat. desserts also did not disappoint: the very good cheese cake and chocolate cake is a pass; both accompanied by very good homemade ice cream.
