"Annual wedding anniversary trip a great location, and clearly, there's been major investment on the interior. It's a shame the same investment hasn't been made to the caravan site, which is scruffy, a little dirty, and in real need of refurbishment. In general terms the staff were great apart from the girl that checked us in I requested a pitch closer to the shower block, only to be told that the site was fully booked the site clearly wasn't fully booked all weekend, and our request could easily have been granted poor and unacomodating customer service skills. A real shame as our stay was otherwise brilliant, having great walks to Chatsworth and Bakewell, and having a pub/restaurant on site is great."

Tony was most helpful and professional this morning. Served a hot tasty breakfast. Most welcome as the night before we had a poor evening meal so this complimentary breakfast was most appropriated.
