"We were disappointed today. Our booked table had not been prepared, despite all the reminders we, The food did come quickly the customers, received. Nobody was there to welcome us and we had to attract attention by making ourselves visible to the kitchen area. The food did come quickly when ordered. Unfortunately the tartare sauce had a skin on it so must have been left out from the previous day. It contained large lumps of gherkins and, unfortunately, a piece of sharp ,white plastic. This was reported but. produced no reaction. Having taken guests there, this was embarrassing. In addition, our table had not been cleaned properly after previous occupants had spilled salt and the ketchup bottle revealed a hard spike of old ketchup when the lid was opened."

we were often at harpers, the foof is always good and the service ok as soon as the service was excellent even if there was only one employee on! she provided a large service, without problems and in good gnade.
