"Ice and coal is the restaurant no one should lose sight of. without a doubt the crown jewel in a great way. Here you can try the best Peruvian food and I tell you why: literally your kitchen is divided into a bar of vanguard (ice) and the kitchen (carbón) What can you try on ice and coal? if you decant for the ice of a wonderful ceviche of pink merino, the first hymn of Peruvian culture, a rich jar of steak two springs (with sweet potatoes) and one of my favorites the truncated eggs. all this with the best wines and cocktails of the house, but as no one bitters a sweet in this life and oted is in madrid they give to the churros with chocolate with bitter chocolate, ice cream and sausage cake, the three milks and of course the cheese and the madroño (cheesecake castizo). I can only tell you that this has to be on your bucket list yes or yes. We will always have ice and coal."

It was a dinner for a family event. the location is spectacular with a dream view of the great Madrid road. extensive and varied menu. Very extensive wine menu. exquisite treatment. quality and very recommended price. We went with a wand and the deal with it was excellent. 100% recommended. We will certainly repeat!

The hotel is very well, we went to a mini-game theater plus dinner. how experience was good. The interlocking dinner. for putting some but. in the description of the reservation they detail some content, which then is not the case at all. I would improve the description of the tasting menu, which are three dishes and dessert to share, the cocktail is the drink that includes the menu, when it is indicated that all experiences include this and then in the menu, a drink.
