My order is missing miso soup.I have ordered the same items times since April (Makunouchi bento, which includes miso soup, plus and extra order of miso soup).Today, only miso soup was delivered.So what happened to the that I paid?

It is REALLY GREAT of Higematsu to make up for my issue with my previous Order by giving me the missing Miso Suppe from last time.Unlike another Japanese restaurant that did not like my bad review and asked me to not order again, Higematsu understands.

This is the Most unhappy, unfriendly Japanese Restaurant, i ever went to from Los Angeles to London, from Tel Aviv to Brussels, from Stockholm to Lisbon. The waiters are not here to please you, they are here to carry food quality is acceptable or...good, portions ridiculously small) . They are so nervous and the screaming out of the kitchen is the worst ever background noise you can have . Ask for the back room, in the front you are middle in the draft, you catch a cold ! The hygiene seems the least of their worries, do not use the cold towel , it stinks. And if you are in a group, mention before you order that you want it on separate bills, otherwise... I let you imagine the reaction . All...

Atmosphere and location is perfect. Running by Japanese and also the staff. But very surprised with the food quality. First they served Miso soup with drinks.??? I was like what? Which restaurant in Japan do this? Then have ordered sushi and some yakitori. Another surprise...with buta bars pork belly with cut onion smells bad and taste like a freezer food. When checked menu it was written that is is pork.... why in Yakitori menu? Then tsukune was eatable but again sauce was disgusting.... and I believe it wa frozen food too. Then came Negima... Negi is green onion but served again with onion and chicken sounds freshly made but again sauce was disgusting. Badly could anything. Tabesaki is chi...

This is a small restaurant just off the centre of town which was recommended to us by some friends. We arrived a bit later for dinner and decided to have a light meal at the bar. There were several Japanese businessmen at a table close...by and another Japanese couple at the end of the bar – always a promising sign. The sushi bar manager and waiters were very friendly and quickly took our order. We had some tofu agedashi as well as a sashimi omakase and a few other titbits. Took my first bite into the sashimi and shook my head in amazement how they did it – it tastes like the fish we had in Tokyo. The texture is buttery soft and fresh and flavourful.
