"I was a little doubtful after reading some of the bad reviews, but a combination of the closeness of our camping site (axmouth caravan and camping) too foot and the good reviews meant that we had an attempt and we were glad that we did. all in all a very reasonable Chinese meal that we ate on a bank on the front, as the sun put behind us. we had the mixed starter, singapur noodles, hong kong sweet and acidic huh, crispy chili ridge and free garnel. the mixed starter was very good, although the Satay chicken was a bit salty. the singapore nudels were very tasty, a little hot for the love of my friend, but I enjoyed them very much. in contrast to other reviews, the crispy chili cow was crispy, but in contrast to the Singapore noodles had very little heat and was perhaps a little tasteless. the hong kong sweet and acidic huh was exactly what I would expect, but I would have liked a bit more pineapple, but that's probably just personal preference. I would be worth a visit."

The family visited on Friday for a one-night stay and chose to enjoy Chinese food. Here are their comments: the quality is much better than what they have at home, the portions are generous, and the food is truly delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were pleased, and they were happy. We will definitely return, as Hong Kong is a favorite of Paul Williams.

Always outstanding service! I dined in for dinner with a price range of £10–20 per person. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend the following dishes: Duck in Orange Sauce, Crispy Beef in Chilli Sauce, Battered Sweet and Sour Chicken, Prawn Crackers, Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, 23a Singapore Chow Mein, Egg Fried Rice, and Crispy Chilli Beef. Additionally, the Mixed Hors D'Oeuvres and Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Chicken are also fantastic choices!
