"romantic dinner for two people with omakase menu and sitting at the counter in front of the master who, under our eyes, prepared all our dishes. appetizers a undertone fur, but then a beautiful crescendo of flavors, with sashimi and sushi to make it as masters, framed by the excellent goma somen and followed by a delicious dessert to green tea accompanied by saké, kindly offered. definitely high-level experience, with a touch of originality that does not spoil and that makes you feel a bit more in Japan and less in a showcase restaurant. altino price (at the end for two menus, water, tea we spent euro) but in my opinion justified by the experience, the quality of food and the attention reserved to the customer. better, in our opinion, than other more renowned restaurants of sushi milanesi"

finally a Japanese for not only sushi (other exquisite) but also tempura, chicken in teriyaki sauce, tenderloin and tuna sauteed and marinated belly, an excellent mixture of soup; to finish some delicious desserts; everything to enjoy a great dinner, with super friendly staff, simple but pleasant environment, absolutely correct account. Solid sushi restaurant. Coming from San Francisco I wasn’t sure as to what to expect from an Italian sushi restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. The nigiri was excellent in both the quality of rice and fish. stood out. The sashimi was solid. The only aspect of the dish I didn’t enjoy fully was the shrimp which still had the head fully attached which made me use my hands which I wasn’t exactly a fan of. But otherwise great lunch

where to begin. then, omakase dinner made at the counter, then with menu of the chef who prepares the dishes (the sushi in particular) right in front of you. from appetizers to the last nigiri, all that remembers the flavors of the true japan with some unexpected gorgonzola cream and almonds) but really of great quality. at the bar you also have the opportunity to have a pleasant chat with sensei (especially at the end of the dinner if the other guests have already concluded) and the sous chef is very open to any exchange of views or history of their lives. thanks also to the waiters, sympathy and hand. really good experience.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
