The food was delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was efficient and friendly, also deserving of a 4. "Lovely Lebanese food. Could have given five star but should improve the customer service. One guy working on the floor and he just stay behind, responded very less for our calls from table had to call few times for his attention. Interior design looked really good and came to know bit more about Lebanese cuisine. Went with friends, we enjoyed the mixed grill and lamb skewers was really amazing loved the taste so much perfectly cooked. Bread is freshly made and felt the warmness when served, best with humus. I’m a rice lover, tasted different and enjoyed eating the Lebanese way with meat. Price looked like at higher end but worth the money. Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. Try it out."

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."

"Really impressed. Have walked past the restaurant daily for 5+ years and finally made a last minute booking to check it out. Downstairs is a bar area, with dining tables on the 1st floor. Had a peek through the glass door to the kitchen which seemed very organised. Food was really well presented and top quality. Had scallops followed by lamb. Best though was the service. Two ladies up and down the stairs in turn. Up and down with drinks; food; clearing plates; and all with a smile, relaxed whilst professional. Not somewhere I’d go every week, but would return to show off a local gem to out of town friends that visit."
