"we were on Monday evening in the curhouse of Korsakov to meet a friend. I guess it was extraordinary for a Monday night. the service seemed to be new and somewhat unplanned, but very friendly. we have taken the appetizer dish, but we cannot expect culinary high points. In the absence of the dishes we had the appetizer dish, the main dishes were served by the head of the house and therefore apologize that the kitchen today is a little bit of confus...We had chosen the Mediterranean Schmorgurken-Ragout and the marinated tasty-cardsake. the smoker tofu was only cut off from the block and so hung 3 large slices tofu between a little bit and the undamaged pellkartoffeln (drillinge). on the map was still a greasy cream (as I have just read), only of which there was nothing to see.The jazz steaks were mainly tough and cold, the buckwheat pepperlings salad had never seen a pfifferling, for that the more stagnating (which one must also like). as equal for the too early supplied main dishes we got a pfefferminzlikör (you also need to like...).Other guests seem to be quite enthusiastic, so there seems to be a strongly changing quality in service and kitchen."
