"Extremely disappointing for the price. We chose the Bon menu at 78€. The quantity was perfect to be filled at the end of the meal, however the rhythm between each skewer appeared fairly long sometimes, especially for the simplicity of some of them. The skewers in themselves, some were more “worked, but for others, we only had vegetables with a simple breadcrumb, and I did not feel that there was work upstream on some of these vegetables that was cut and fried. The little cold Japanese tapas we had received was a little too cold, I think the temperature of the fridges had been set a little too low, but then the soba sauce was iced, making it difficult to enjoy the taste of it. The service was of quality, each presentation made by servers meticulously, and a very pleasant frame. For the price unfortunately, I was not satisfied, per person I would have been able to accept to pay 20€ cheaper, around the stroke of 58 (certs I don’t know the holdings and endings of the restaurant’s finances, however I trust what I could have elsewhere)"

This restaurant wins to be known, sincerely it is excellent! Perfect service, excellent food. The only point of attention is that dinner is long enough so it's not a restaurant made to dine at the va-vite. It's one of my most beautiful discoveries in 2023.

One of these rare places in Paris welcoming guests alone. I chose the menu selection that was exquisite. The food was mainly Japanese but with a very sought-after and creative appreciation of local products and flavours. The service was excellent and the selections of sakés very complementary to the dishes. Love.
