"In the heart of Dombes, in a small Joyeux village, there is the restaurant La Bicyclette Bleue. Old farmhouse transformed into a restaurant. A huge terrace can accommodate many guests. The pretty setting will make your lunch or dinner even more enjoyable. The tables are spaced far enough apart to preserve the privacy of your conversations and that is important. This restaurant is open for lunch and dinner for 9 months of the year as it is closed in winter. The food is very good, big eaters will enjoy it. On the menu, specialties from Dombes, carp mousse, trout and carp tartare duo, frog legs and other local products. Very good food, very good service, everything for pleasure. A large bar on site will offer you a wide choice of drinks. If you are looking for quality, you have come to the right place. In the fall, La Bicyclette Bleue welcomes you inside but it is much smaller. I recommend booking in advance because this restaurant is very successful and is often full. Nous étions habitués a fêter mon anniversaire dans ce restaurant qui avait bonne réputation pour ses grenouilles. Surpris, cette fois désagréablement, sur la qualité de celles ci, petites et trop grillées sur le manque de réaction après la découverte d 'une mouche morte dans la salade. Le changement récent de propriétaire semble être en relation avec cette baisse de qualité, mais pas des prix . Dommage, nous n 'y retournerons pas et ne l 'indiquerons pas pour les grenouilles !
