"Just been delivered my first order from la favorita and I wont be using them again. Wrong pizzas delivered! Ordered chicken/mushroom and got sausage! Cold and limp. 2 bottles of cola ordered, got 1. Called the restaurant to complain and was told there's nothing they can do about it and blamed uber eats!! I mean what the actual f**k, how can you blame uber eats for your obvious mistake in pizza toppings. Absolute joke and will never go to la favorita again."

They always fail to deliver on time. Tonight we ordered pizzas and they arrived cold and soggy over an hour late! Called to the restaurant and member of staff (woman) was so rude! Asked about time she told me doesn’t know and it arrives when arrives. Ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusted with the shambles that I've experienced tonight. Order placed at 18.11 for delivery at 19.00. nothing arrived. Nobody answering the phones. It is now 20.31 and the website is stating that my order is complete? What has happened to this company?

We stayed in Edinburgh for 3 nights and found this restaurant on our first night, with 2 tired and hot children. The menu choice were amazing with something to suit everyone. The service was great and personal and we thought it so lovely. We returned for the next 2 nights as it was so great.

Have twice ordered delivery from La Favorita and there won’t be a third time. Food was cold both times and when texted to say it was on its way it took over 35mins to delivery less than one mile away. Could’ve walked it quicker. Delivery service is awful and I’d recommend you look elsewhere Alex

Please don’t order from here. It’s a total scam. Second time order has not been delivered. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt as we have ordered from them for over 10 years. No refund that time, or this. They are now not answering the phones. 30 phone calls down and no pizza, £50 down (plus £40 from last time). Please don’t order from these guys

Called to ask about delivery on the phone, hung up on first attempt and second attempt staff member was too busy speaking to another member of staff and just wasn't listening to what I was asking. Waited over an extra 20 mins for pizza, under cooked and its the first time I've ever had a pizza that had not been sliced! Disappointing experience from start to finish!

Garbage, absolute garbage. Ordered a Calzone for collection, came in an oblong box which I thought was weird to start with, anyway opened it up and it’s folded over like a pastie, I have never in my life have been served a pizza in such a way, so I gave it a chance and tried it only to be further disappointed from what was in front of me needless to say it ended up in the bin. Definitely won’t be going there again

I placed an order on a non busy weeknight at 7:45pm and didn't receive my order until nearly 11pm at night. The food was hard, cold and unappetising and tasted poorly as it had obviously been sitting for ages. My flat is only a 10 minute drive from this location so there isn't any reason it should have taken them nearly 3 hours. Spending £50 on terrible service like this is pathetic. They ignore complaints as well.
