"The Good: superb setting, good service, fish dishes are great, good and affordable wine list. The bad: ordered gambas linguine which is my favorite dish and a great way to assess restaurant quality in my mind. There are two ways to go: 2-3 full gambas with some linguine (the right way or linguine with little pieces of gambas (the bad way . Had them twice already in the last 10 days in two different cities in Corsica and both were served with 3 full size gambas and amazing aldente fresh pasta. This time was very disappointing, must have been the equivalent of 1 medium size gambas in little chunks max in the whole dish of industrial pasta. And pasta sat in a bath of broth (should have guessed that when they brought a spoon to eat pasta!!!!! . For 30 euros this is a bit of a shame and screams pinsutu!!! Not sure if this is a miss or a way to boost profit by offering a promising then disappointing popular dish but I would suggest they fix this asap. Especially when looking at the other dishes and servings they offer that are much more representative of what they aspire to be."

"We discovered L'emporium via a well-known site. Listed in the Michelin guide and being good epicureans, we embark on a reservation. A cozy, warm place and a truly warm welcome. Let's talk about the menu: choice between 5 or 6 starters, the same for the main courses and desserts. Suggestions are offered there. A fully satisfying taste experience both in terms of taste and value for money. Explosions of flavors. Wines: a choice of Corsican wines but if you don't know anything about it, the sommelier's good advice will help you. In a few words, we returned there for their last day of the season because we enjoyed everything there so much. Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks to this friendly team and good rest to them."

"Hello, good table, very symphatic and friendly welcome, very good kitchen but accompaniments are not really up to the height. cert, everything is done home, fish and meat are good and of quality, but for filling and vegetable quantities, there is still a little work to make the addition coherante with the proposed dishes. for two, aperitif, entry, dish, dessert and two glasses of wine. we would have liked to join the use to the pleasant, treat our eyes in addition to our taste buds. Too bad, we'll not be happy again... by a very gourmet day of market."

"This restaurant is a little nugget like you like to find it! Lost at the end of a small road, the setting is intimate, romantic and the family atmosphere: perfect balance. The kitchen is delicious! We only tested Italian pizzas with wood fire and desserts (season), but grilled meats with braise, prepared in front of us in a kitchen open to the room (idem for pizzas), were just as excellent! We have feasted, we will return, and we highly recommend."
