"Paul Bocuse is no longer there but his restaurant remains an exceptional address, where his cuisine is reinvented but respected, just as is the choice of products. It's not easy to succeed in a tutelary shadow and it will take a little more time and adjustment to achieve it. The gargantuesque side has disappeared, the map including signature dishes is more seasonalized. Small settings are necessary on the beverage service to avoid that glasses (water and wine) remain empty and ke dessert wagon, with an elegant setting of desserts on the part, makes it less dreaming than Mr. Paul's trolley. But there are always simple things to transcend the palate as this reduction of eschalote with vinegar and white wine in the mimosa scale eggs. An impeccable lobster of outfit, beautifully revisited quenelles in double layer, a small taste of Noilly or Champagne with cream, short the simplicity at the service of excellence."

"Nous sommes allés dîner un soir de semaine avec une amie. Je connaissais le restaurant avec le précédent propriétaire et son souvenir n'était pas mémorable... Nous avons été Bien accueillis dans cette nouvelle enseigne.. Le menu est varié et celui à 22€ était très bien : entrée, plat, fromage blanc et fromage ! Nous avons discuté avec le chef qui est très sympathique ...je retournerai dans ce restaurant."

"frankly, I've eaten very well and I recommend. the card is not provided but everything looks appetizing and it is a treat. plus the reception is smiling, with energy and friendly. Only flat, the room. the owners made the maximum to make it much more neat, nice, pleasant but the walls and ceilings look too much like a party room or offices. It's really a shame because it doesn't have a charm and it doesn't make you want to come back. But let's stay positive! We have very well delineated and the owners are adorable and listening. Bravo! We wish you could find another place more charming."

"For rieurs pass your way !!!! We arrived in this restaurant, at the decoration of another era, completely obsolete. We were two tables of two people, and we decided to have a good evening. We started with a mouthful filled with garlic that took us away the palace, but we didn't comment on the server because the mind was rather directed on relaxation and laughter. The main dish was served, the garlic was always also present in the dish to believe that it wanted to mask the lack of gustative quality. I wonder? The apotheosis of this evening is when the waiter turned to our table asking us to stop laughing because we were making too much noise, while in there were only four people in this restaurant. How does he get a group of people? It was too much, despite our indulgence in the face of a lack of quality, we decided to leave this restaurant immediately, regulating our meals that we had not finished. I doubt the veracity of the previous comments, which appear as by magic, knowing that we initially reported that we would make a comment on GOOGLE to report the mediocrity of our evening. I point out to the owner that it is useless to erase this message that denounces the reality of our evening, and that it takes the facts!!! To recommend for the 3rd age!!!"

"L'auberge de Poleymieux, c'est une vieille bâtisse en pierres dorées, typique des Monts d'or. Le cadre est charmant, la terrasse est grande et ombragée, la salle principale offre la possibilité en hiver de dîner au coin du feu, ce qui est très agréable. Cependant, au-delà du cadre, il y a bel et bien quelques bémols. A commencer par le service. Certes, l'on est servis rapidement, mais les serveuses sont peu souriantes, voire même un peu expéditives. Ne songez pas en effet à vous éterniser après le dessert pour discuter deux minutes avec vos amis. Les regards pesants que l'on vous jettera vous feront vite comprendre qu'il faut y aller! Côté cuisine, pour un menu à 25 €, l'on s'attend à mieux. Les portions sont raisonnables, mais l'on pourrait s'attendre à davantage dans l'assiette, surtout lorsqu'on se rend dans une auberge... D'autre part, les choix dans le menu sont vraiment restreints (3 entrées, 3 plats et quelques desserts maison). Selon l'entrée et le plat choisis, les portions diffèrent et le goût n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous. Mieux vaut donc rester dans le basique plutôt que de tenter de nouvelles choses. C'est donc un bilan très mitigé pour cette soirée passée à l'auberge de Poleymieux. Pas sûr que l'on revienne..."
