The restaurant is no longer what it was. there wasn't so long ago some guy hamelin came out of his kitchen to meet his clients. Today, in bermuda and sandals he participates in the reception and incidentally in the service. the staff is attentive, the service is fast but the class a few years ago is no longer there. the dishes are roborative and very copied, probably to satisfy a local clientele. a remark on the amount of a dish it was answered: it is a dish. for me I had taken a scavenger stock at the Chablisienne. Why did you put it on a purée that didn't bring anything but absorbed a sauce probably based on chabis? only dessert (red fruit basyon) brought lightness to a meal by too nourishing to my taste."
