We sat down at 1pm, everything went normally, once the water was finished it was asked for but not brought, the appetizers arrived, very good, unfortunately not all the guests took them. I order water and wine again. Which are brought after a while. We see that all the other tables receive appetizers, first courses and second courses with the normal waiting times. As time goes by the waiters come to check the tables and also look at our table. At 2.15pm I point out that we are still waiting for the first ones. The waiter replies that he will take care of it immediately. At 2.45pm I get up from the table and talk to the older waiter. After a couple of minutes he comes to our table and tells us that the first courses will arrive in five minutes. It 's 3.10pm the first courses arrive, very good, we announce that given the time we will no longer take the second courses. After that I explain to the head waiter that in a professional service you can also make mistakes, but some people at the table waited more than two hours for a plate of pasta. More attention is needed, also because after the first hour the thing had already been pointed out. Saying sorry in the same way you say good evening, without doing anything concrete, sounds like a mockery. We also had to wait to pay and the owner asked me if we wanted a coffee. Result, my daughter 's birthday ruined, seven customers lost. Think about it..."

we stayed on Easter Monday. last minute booking because we had just arrived in Livorno. friendly and competent staff, excellent and plentiful food. normal cost. a 5 star also for the desserts. the cheesecake ball beyond all expectations...spectacular. We came across this place by chance while walking around the city, a nearby restaurant had been recommended to us but it was closed, we decided to stop for dinner. Nice atmosphere, elegant place, discreet service, food to be honest disappointing. A fake decoration of the dishes with a slice of orange and salad, in 80s style, poor quality raw materials and miserable portions. The cacciucco: good if there had been fish, just mussels, a few octopus tentacles and half a cuttlefish. Ceesecake had the taste of a panna cotta. As a connoisseur, I would recommend reviewing the cuisine a bit.

Bitter taste experience. A family occasion ruined by a very long wait, dishes less than poor in quantity and quality (a €16 appetizer consisting of a scant spoonful of bland squid, two large baby octopus in sauce and three very thin slices of raw salmon). Ah yes, the crumpled slice of orange in the middle of the salad tuft. After two hours of waiting and repeated requests to the staff, who weren't even that sorry, the first ones arrived, clearly patched up. Given the time, 3pm or so, we blocked the second courses, perhaps ready for dinner. I won't say what we paid, for decency. It's a shame, because the place and the setting deserve better management. Never again in life.
