"Had dinner there around lunchtime with two small children. The service employee was rather unfriendly and reserved, but the orders came to the table quickly. For starters we had fried gyoza with chicken and yakitori skewers. The gyoza were delicious, the skewers took some getting used to as they were very sweet and sticky and almost cold. Both were covered with sauces and served on iceberg lettuce. The main course was tempura sushi with salmon and maki with tuna and eel. Very tasty, we would come back again just for the tempura. The sushi is freshly prepared, the maki was also good, but nothing special. What bothered us was that the sushi was stacked on a small wooden board and had these two sauces (yellow and brown) poured over it. The sauces have snack character and otherwise I wouldn't classify the food as particularly authentic. There were some dishes on the menu that were labeled as having flavor enhancers a shame! The ambience is OK. Snack bar character, clean, a bit too dark. We'd love to come back for the tempura with salmon and the Kiss Peach (peach ice tea)."
