"We stayed here for 1 night and wish we had booked for longer. It's off the beaten track but a hidden gem. Check in with Donna was super friendly and she showed us to Room 6 which was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable fabulous nights sleep. The bar has a huge open fire which is a cosy and sociable space, good drinks choices and delicious food in the restaurant. Recommend the baked Camembert and Steak and Ale pie. Service excellent thanks to Ben, Patsy and Hannah and the breakfast the next morning was fabulous and there was plenty of choice. A half mile walk to the beach blew away the cobwebs although we couldn't get back to the hotel as it's that good. Loved it and can't wait to get back."

Our stay was sensational. I can’t honestly think of one way they could have improved the experience. The room was amazing and the attention to detail was top drawer. The fire pit at the entrance was the most warming invite. The bar cosy, the staff engaging and knowledgable, the restaurant was superb as was the service by Hannah and the bed one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I can’t recommend enough. Sunday roast at the pub with another couple. Busy, but well managed and fab, cosy, atmosphere, very chill. Beer arrived pretty quick, followed by the roasts huge steaming platters of slow cooked brisket monster yorkshires, wide variety of veggies, epic roast potatoes and delicious cauli cheese. No room for puds unfortunately. Super friendly service, comfortable booth seating, happy staff, dog friendly. Recco to eveyone, but book first. Good vfm at £25 pp inc ale. Ample parking and fire pits outside. New accomodation refurb. Very special place, love the energy.

Went there for my son’s birthday. From the minute we entered we could feel the warmth and happy glow of the Masons Arms. The staff , particularly one young lady with blonde hair and a ponytail, were so attentive and friendly and obviously loved working there. We were in a cosy alcove and there was no rush to get our orders in or to free up the table. The food was very tasty and the menu was just the right length. Something for everyone. In fact I’ve never seen my 2 year old granddaughter eat such a big burger with a smile on her face. Thanks to you all for a lovely time. We have recommended you to friends.
