Family owned restaurant; friendly, efficient service, excellent entrees and very reasonably priced. This is always a good bet for an enjoyable Italian lunch or dinner

we drove around this place and wanted to have a nice, light dinner. small place and neat. the food was quickly prepared and the portion was in order! I really recommend. price is correct!

Sunday night dinner was just what we needed. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful, despite not knowing much english. They did have an english menu which 95% matched the german. Food was good. We were intrigued by the neighbouring table order of a pasta...prepared at table in a big cheese round with scrapings of truffle.

Arrived late in the evening on a Sunday evening at guys were very accommodating and couldn't be any more helpful.They were friendly and welcoming in,we ordered a bruschetta starter between us and a garlic bread and four cheese pizza, all were lovely and the...service was spot on.The waiters were alert and aware of when we required more drinks etc.I would recommend eating at this place especially if you are staying anywhere near the Best Western Hotel in the Wallstrausse area of Mainz View menu

After we had spent four weeks holiday in Germany, we only had to return to dinner in the Mediterranean in mainz because my wife and I loved this restaurant and his Mediterranean cuisine from the beginning. this time we met friends there after we had agreed to dinner with them and we enjoyed our stay in the Mediterranean. excellent dining, a beautiful wine selection, the wonderful atmosphere and the absolutely friendly and competent service made our dinner one of the culinary highlights of our Mainz stay. Having been back to Germany for a vacation of four weeks, we just had to return for a dinner at Mediterraneo in Mainz because my wife and I loved this restaurant and its Mediterranean Cuisine from the very start. This time we met friends there...as well, having made a date with them for dinner, and again we loved our stay at Mediterraneo very very much. Excellent meals, nice selection of wines, the wonderful atmosphere and the absolutely friendly and competent service made our dinner to be one of the culinary highlights of our stay in Mainz.
