"We were queuing outside at Metropol at around 4:40 p.m. on May 7th, 2023, as shown on the poster. We waited in vain for an employee to lead us to our seat. But several times a blonde lady who works there walked past us in an unfriendly manner, didn 't even greet us and made us wait for 10 minutes, then came past us again with a very arrogant look and changed the poster in front of us to we 're closing now !! I think if you work in a restaurant or with customers in general you should at least be friendly enough to greet your guests and politely tell us that unfortunately there are no more seats available and unfortunately they won 't let anyone in... (even though it 's open until 6 p.m. Training certainly wouldn 't be bad for the staff!! were there for the last time!"

Great place with very tasty and fresh food, nice drinks, and pleasant outside space. The waiters are friendly and responsive. The prices are fair for Zurich. The corridors leading to the toilets have interesting old paintings. I will return for sure.

While I'm not so happy with the food in the bar section, the restaurant section is really excellent and very good value for money given the central location. The 24 hours pig bell for 28 CHF is as extraordinary as the Sashimi or the Desserts. Wines are very cheap and the service is fast and friendly.

Eating was excellent, atmosphere (in and outside) was amazing, we had a great server! he was very attentive, very friendly, too bad we did not get his name, but I think is new and is from Bavaria! I will evaluate this a 5 star, even if we don't eat inside, because there was smoke from the cigars and we didn't want the children to breathe the smoke. Sushi and Sashimi were fresh! everything we ordered did not disappoint!
