"After many years going to this restaurant, today I had a rather unpleasant experience. My brother came to visit and we wanted to go to a special place, Parrillada As Carballas. To my misfortune, I decided to order mixed churrasco. They brought me 3 pork bones, a small piece of beef and a Creole. Thinking that it was obviously a mistake, I went to the waiter, who told me it 's heavy, it 's 500g. Since I had a hard time accepting that reality, I asked someone with more status. The most senior waiter responds to me like a repeat parrot well, it 's heavy, it 's 500g. They told me with an aggressive tone, like someone who has to repeat it several times a day because people complain a lot, and the boss asks them to. We will not return to this place again, much to my regret, because it was one of my favorites."

Se come muy bien y de precio bastante bien. Churrasco muy bueno Sí que es verdad que últimamente algo más lentos de lo normal pero suponemos que es por la cantidad de gente que hay.

Sin más, el lacón no había quien se lo comiera, frio, basto, soso, y con una vinagreta que ... Vamos se quedó entero. La ensalada la pedí sin cebolla y vino con cebolla, el churrasco bien lo pedimos mixto y venía con chorizo criollo, costillas de cerdo y patatas. De precio bien, tenían mucho movimiento para ser lunes. A repuesta del propietario señaló que el churrasco mixto lo recomiendo está buenísimo. El servicio bien, estando lleno como estaba no queríamos molestar, subo una estrella. Y volveremos la próxima vez que visitemos la ciudad.
