"This is a decent Chinese (Cantonese) restaurant with a wide range choice of food available to choose including Dim Sun serving for dinner. Dim Sum is served for lunch but not dinner, but I am not complaining. Wine list is decent enough for a Chinese restaurant to be honest. Food is good but a bit pricey but I am happy to pay for the food. The decor is a bit too red for my liking, more like a Western perception of the Far East Oriental, but it is still tasteful. The only issue I have is the paper napkins. With the price of the food, I would expect something more high end than some paper napkins. Service is ok, nothing too wow about it, just a usual Chinese restaurant service standard. Food 8.5/10, ambience 8/10, service 7/10, value for money 8/10. A restaurant I would come back again."

Fantastic menu, fantastic service. Opted for set menu 'C ', a good mix, good size portions. Crispy Duck was awesome! Staff very attentive and friendly.

This is one of the more upscale and beautifully decorated Chinese restaurants in London. The food was good and presented nicely (although the lobster and noodles could have used a bit more seasoning). It offers a much more laid-back experience compared to restaurants in Chinatown.

The interior was beautiful and the food was delicious. The only negative thing was our waitress, I felt that she was not very approachable or polite. It was possible that she was stressed from a busy lunch service and due to being short staffed. They were really good though and even let me charge my phone behind the till register!

Their food was decent and the dining area was well decor. Compare to the last time I visited London 3 years ago (pre-pandemic), the only complaint I have is their dim sums are not in house made anymore. It’s like they got it from a with mass production factory somewhere else. But their in house production like the steam rice rolls congee fried rice etc are still very good. View menu

The best Chinese restaurant! The food was lovely they didn’t take long! Also we just walked without booking a table… the staff was very friendly and even advise us not to order more food because it was going to be big portions from what we already ordered not like some other restaurant they would just think about the money… lol Overall great experience I would go back again.

I’ve only ever been here for dinner over the past 20+ years and quality of food has always been great. So came here for dim sum. Food was just as good. There’s a good selection of dim sum available and some new style ones like the steam rice rolls with crispy dough and prawns. Spare ribs were quite large compared to other restaurants. The beef crispy noodles and ho fun dish was nasty, with a good amount of beef. I wasn’t disappointed. View menu

The food at this restaurant was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Some may prefer to add a little condiment, such as soy sauce or chili, to dishes like the prawn dumplings, depending on their personal taste. The flavors reminded me of my childhood, and I can't believe I hadn't been here sooner. With so few Cantonese restaurants in Chinatown now, I may start coming here more often. Highlights of the meal included the Wasabi Prawns, stir-fried mooli cake with Choi Sum, and my all-time favorite Pei Pa Tofu (although I have had better versions elsewhere).

I would give this Chinese restaurant near Baker Street tube station 3.5 stars. The interior is clean and tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance. However, I was not overly impressed with the food. It was okay, but did not live up to the surroundings or my expectations. The crispy pork lacked crispiness and was oddly topped with salad, the tofu portion was small, and the spicy lamb had too much vinegar for my taste. While the dishes were tasty, they could have been improved. On a positive note, the service was excellent - fast, friendly, and patient.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
