"That's positive. in our group of 9 people was only 1 eating (combinazione) inadequate. the pasta boiled, the tomato sauce boring. the other eating, pizza, pasta, meat and fish were at the point successful and quite recommended. However, there is also negative. the service sometimes comes down from above and arrogant over. insufficiency is often dragging. I think we had a misunderstanding with a weeping order. the mistake was pushed to the guests, from there was the mine of the seniors icy and we were ignored, and that although some are more often too in the table here. so far. this is a NoGo!Also the very culinary and tasty grappa weighing that the senior likes to introduce and so atmospheric helps with the grappa order came this time not to be used. it is here lapidar the senior is not there, although he was seen in the restaurant. but instead, the junior advised, but who knows only badly in things grappa. We find the Senior Home very well. I can't understand this criticism, because the nurses really try to do everything to meet the house. It is better to pass on criticism of politics, because much too little is done here for seniors. Care management (no matter who is always very helpful and open to everything. I can only recommend the Senior Home in Laubenheim. It's a really great team.

I was looking for a nursing place for a relative. The appointment for a conversation was possible at short notice and I got a very detailed consultation. The tour is very beautiful and very competent. In the public area it is cozy and very well maintained and clean. I addressed a resident that he loved with the loving care, food and animations. we were long masters and as such long satisfied. the ambiente is not the most appealing, but the location and quality of the food have always been able to compensate. whatever has happened in the personal or family background: it has repeatedly happened that the pizza was lukewarm, baked through, too small and/or served with false lining. were reacted to complaints in a snippish way to the partially unfooled (after motto: they should have ordered something else). we finally decided not to go. we are disproportionately disappointed.
