The only concern was the inconsistent heating, but given that it was December, we were able to overlook it. Perhaps some curtains or additional covers for winter would help? The service was disappointing. We were celebrating my mother's birthday, and our pod was mostly left unattended throughout the evening. We did raise our concerns with the manager.

This was a cool experience. We all enjoyed it. The food and drinks were great. The service was very good and the pod dining experience in itself was something I’d certainly do again.

Starters were great, mains were disappointing. Not worth the price. The service was good. Staff were friendly. Pods seem nice for large groups or parties. For couples- noise/music from other pods may disturb you since all the pods are so close together.

it was the 20th birthday of my daughter and she was specially made with a complementary birthday cake. alisha our server was very efficient and accommodating, but it seemed as if it was the only one that ran the show and we felt so bad that it had to participate to anyone. Amazing experience. The pods were a lot of fun, private in what was a busy night at the hotel. There’s a fun Bluetooth speaker in there where we could link our phone too for extra ambience. Food was Thai inspired and was top tier. Was able to get bar service and stay in the pods for the night. Amazing night. Great experience. Thank you.

The concept of the pods is great, offering a nice level of privacy. However, it was quite warm outside, which meant that we had to keep the windows and doors open. Unfortunately, this also let a lot of insects in while we were dining, attracted by the bright lights inside the pod. I suggest dimming the lights or installing air conditioning in the pods to improve the experience.
