"Original and tasty pinchos and tapas. Although the owner boasts a wine and vermouth menu, his little tact, his unpleasant and unfriendly treatment, even rude, with little patience for being behind a bar, meant that we didn't try more than three. We were evaluating whether or not to write a review, but when verifying that it is his way of working and treating people in general so contemptuously, we believe that, just as we value other sites and services positively, this gentleman should receive feedback, personally I I would take it as a proposal for improvement, although it feels bad, and I expect a response at the level of a sommelier with the class and category of the Pure Strain. In response to your reply, I will tell you that with your answer you make clear the type of professional and person you are, it is evident that yours was not a bad day, if not, your answer would be different. I positively value the food, the rest of the staff and the environment, it is you who really tell you that you should take care of your ways and manners, you don't have to be nice, just polite. I will return to Teruel because it is a city that I love and its people are polite and cordial, and I will go back to the Pura cepa to say hello again and edit my review if necessary. All the best P.D: the children are not funny to him, just seeing us appear with mine already made us pout."

"The place is unique and I guarantee you won’t find any similar in Teruel. We were here two years ago and now we wanted to try again after the change of the locations. I felt from when we arrived till we left the waiters made a huge effort on making us feeling comfort. They did an absolute great job! Combined with our high expectations of the food they chef delivered too! We found the theme of using all part of the Tuna super cool and the food was very tasty. We started with the octopus having 4 small tapas. I must say the croquettes with ham is by far the best I ever had in my entire life in Spain! Next up was a dish looking like ham slices with crispy toasties and butter but what it really was tuna slices, butter made of the fat of the eye and the bread thin crisp and delicious. Very surprised by the look and flavour highly recommended. Then we went to have the mushroom of the season in some kind a cream, oh my this dish was warm and so full of flavour. Before getting to the dessert we jumped into to the wagyu osso buco it was tender and perfectly cooked a heavy dish but the chef abs staff managed to serve it in a size that was spot on for 2 not too much or too little. The dessert I wouldn’t say we were as high about as all the dishes the look was great really inviting chocolate dessert with ocean theme however a little small and I would say flavour and experience was very standard compared to the rest of the country. Important to say I it didn’t disappoint it was just not at the same level as the other dishes. We will be back soon for sure. Highest recommendations from here."
