"Beware of this restaurant's lack of customer service. We paid for a meal only to discover 45 minutes later that our order had not been sent to the kitchen. The bartender refunded our money, but this experience caused us to lose a group of 7 customers who had planned to stay for cocktails and more drinks. We have been regular customers at this restaurant for a while and we are extremely disappointed."

Eleven of us just had a family meal for my son in laws 50th birthday. Very good value for money lovely food plenty on the plates the staff were very nice looked after us well.

We arrived for dinner at 4:15, not 4:45 as scheduled. When we realized something was missing, we called and they promised to send it over. However, it didn't arrive until around 5:15. By that time, the dinner was not hot and had to be microwaved.
