"From the outside, the restaurant may seem modest (as it is located downstairs), but don't let that deceive you. Once inside, you will find a charming atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness. The standout feature, however, is the incredible food. We started with the Gobi Manchurian cauliflower, which quickly became a new favorite. For mains, we ordered the Chicken Korma and Chicken Tikka, both of which were absolutely heavenly. We were told about this restaurant by the concierge at our hotel, who mentioned that it is a popular choice among guests. The service was fantastic, and overall, it was a delightful dining experience in a lovely setting."

Fantastic Indian food in a very comfortable and friendly environment. No frills but great food, good prices, and very pleasant spot.

The food is excellent, I would definitely come back for more. The restaurant is spacious with a calming atmosphere. Their dosas are absolutely incredible.

I was refused entry with my Assistance Dog, despite him having on his blue jacket and me showing our accreditation card. I tried to politely explain the law but first the waiter and then the manager would not budge. I was very embarrassed by the situation.

Went here the evening of 6 November. I ordered popadoms and a paneer curry. The curry was perfectly spiced , and came with a massive portion of plain rice. I refused the free tap water as this had been left sitting on the bar. The restaurant is very clean night and modern. Recommend

Tried again as we love dosa But service is probably the worst in Glasgow There must be no training and can only guess all staff are students Management should be sacked as they are poor Portions have reduced And no attempt to up sell anything Staff are unfriendly and there is no apparent management Colour scheme is better Looks like owners don’t care View menu

The samosa had more pastry than filling, the onion bhaji was not impressive. The chicken tikka main consisted of chunks of chicken, shredded iceberg, and two dips, with any additional sauce costing extra. The prawn Dakshini had a good amount of prawns but was overly salty. I would suggest trying the Dosa, as it was popular with other diners and likely better than what we ate. The waiting staff appeared timid and almost intimidated during both of our visits.

Myself with my 3 friends went there for a dinner around 7 to 7:30pm, we ordered 4 dosa, 2 kothu parrota, and some starters. Dosa was not warm only the potato masal was warm I asked the waiter he says its cold outside that 's why its cold..... weird!!. With addition to that kothu parrota is not kothu parrota its actually called chilli parrota, at least the waiter should have told us this is different kind of parrota try something else but he din 't. The taste of the dosa was good but the kothu parrota/chilli parrota whatever you name it was not up to the mark. Needn 't say this if had some better experience never coming to Rishi 's
