"First of all I must say I have enjoyed my meals at Rostica in the past. Unfortunately, since a few months, the quality in service and food has dropped tremendously.This pizzeria, situated in an old German building with classical architecture came down with the blown up ego of the owners. I personally dislike when I almost have to apologize that I want to eat at a place, when the hosts put their ego so much into the foreground that I feel unpleasant to co-exist in the same room as a customer.We have ordered two salads followed by two pizzas. One salad came, the other didn't. It took us ten to fifteen minutes to get the attention of the waiter, sitting next to the bar/kitchen where the waiter stayed all of the time. We eventually claimed the missing salad and a few minutes later we got the missing salad and the pizzas together. The pizza had room temperature when it arrived on the table. I would have expected them to put the pizza onto the oven and wait until the salad had been eaten.The pizza didn't have any taste at all, the salad was an uncharitable combination of tasteless vegetables with a lifeless dressing.I personally won't eat here anymore for a while. The owners obviously rest on their reputation from former times and don't make any effort to keep up the established standard. I hope times will have changed when I return here in some years."

Gute Auswahl, prompter Service und schmackhafte Speisen zeichnen das Ristorante aus. Die Dorade fand ebenso großen Anklang, wie auch die klassischen Pasta- und Pizza-Gerichte.

Essen hat sehr lange gedauert. Getränke waren bei allen am Tisch leer und einen Nachtisch hätten wir vielleicht auch noch gegessen.....doch wahrscheinlich wollte man kein Geld mehr verdienen.Sehr enttäuschend.Essen war okay!

Im Rostica gibt es seit jeher sehr leckeres italienisches Essen, definitiv das beste in Bad Urach. Was leider ziemlich nachgelassen hat ist der Service. Die Bedienungen wirken oft überfordert und einige sind recht unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Zu Stoßzeiten sind die Wartezeiten aufs Essen leider sehr lang.

Wir sind Mittags hier eingekehrt und wollten Pasta und jeweils einen Salat essen. Wir nahmen Platz und wurde auch prompt bedient. Wir bestellten einmal Spaghetti carbonara und Rigatoni al Forno.Beide Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und haben geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren auch mehr als genug.Das Personal war freundlich und gut gelaunt.Fazit:Uns hat es hier geschmeckt und wir werden auch mal am Abend hierher zum Essen kommen.

Außen hängt, von Geranien überwuchert, eine andere Speisekarte, als dann innen vorgelegt wird. Der Zustrom an Gästen ist rege, sodass der Service kaum nachkommt. Der Primitivo ist preiswert und echt hochklassig, mein Steak war gut, aber die dekorativ dargebotenen Kartoffeln waren delgig und absolut geschmacksneutral. Der Stress mit der Menge an Gästen tut der Qualität offensichtlich nicht gut. Vor einigen Jahren war ich noch begeistert.

Wir waren Freitag abend im Rostica, von außen hui von innen....najaEs war sehr laut in dem Restaurant, wir hatten uns einen (kalten) Vorspeiseteller für 2 bestellt, mit der bitte diesen ohne Oliven zu servieren.Diese kriegten wir nach ca. 40 Minuten, leider sehr lieblos angerichtet.Geschmeckt hat es leider nicht, das Bruschetta war bitter,dazu gab es dünne Bratenscheiben mit einem Riesenklecks einer undefinierbaren soße.Dazum haben wir uns 2 Aperol-Spritz bestellt. Nach 30 weiteren Minuten erhielten wir dann unsere Pizzen, diese waren ok mehr aber auch nicht. Wir wurden zwischendrinn leider auch nicht gefragt ob wir noch was trinken möchten.Wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen und weiter empf...

Wir waren langjährige Gäste des Rostica. Wir mussten aufgrund vieler Gäste immer wieder länger auf unser Essen warten, aber beim letzten Besuch im Oktober 2016 wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir eine Stunde auf unsere Vorspeise warten, die dann auch nur meinem Mann serviert wurde. Meine Vorspeise ( ein gewöhnlicher Meeresfrüchtesalat ) kam immer noch nicht !! Alle Tische um uns herum ( die alle später bestellt hatten ) bekamen ihr Essen vor uns. Trotz Hinweis an den Inhaber der unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hatte kam unsere Vorspeise nicht. Wir haben dann nach über einer Stunde entschieden nicht länger zu warten, und unseren Hunger in einer anderen Pizzeria zu stillen...
